I made a raspberry fillilng on 6/28/11 for a cake, made just from gelatin and raspberry jam (got recipe from here)....I attempted to freeze what was left (you never know, lol). I just took it out of the freezer and it didn't freeze! My question is, do you think it's still any good? I don't like raspberry, so I can't taste it and tell because I think it tastes gross to begin with, lol! thanks!

Well, if it's been in the freezer since you made it, it can't have spoiled. The main problem would be the consistency of anything with gelatin in it after it's been frozen. Is the texture okay? And, also, can you find somebody who would be willing to eat a little bit on the tip of a spoon to see if the taste/texture is all right?

I'll have my husband try it. I was worried just about it going bad, but I didn't think about the consistency and texture of it...hmmmm....thanks!
