at The Louisiana Culinary Institute, Baton Rouge, La
Deep South Retail Bakers Association is a non- profit regional chapter of the national Retail Bakers of America and serves Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, as well as parts of Florida and Arkansas.
Sunday will include a one hour demo/lecture on how to open a bakery or rediscover the love you had for your bakery.
Monday will include a 4 hour class on how to start a bakery in today's economy.
