For a beach themed cake, not to blue, but not to green....using americolors?

take some piping gel and and mix a little bit with blue, then in another bit of piping gel with green. then drop small amounts of each on your cake and use a toothpick to swirl the colors together. this will also make it look like it's different depth of water. hope this helps.
