Hi all! I've been reading for awhile, but never posted.... Anyhow, I am going to try a FBCT to do a whimsical daisy bouquet for a sheetcake. How long do I need to let it freeze before I transfer it onto the cake? If it takes a long time I might just do a piping gel transfer and then pipe onto the cake...I am not brave enough to freehand yet!

Thanks in advance!

Because I'm a last minute mine tend to be in there less than an hour.

Well depends on how cold your freezer is, but my guess is it will take more than an hour.
