I'm making a skateboard 32"L x 8 1/2"W X 3"H (this includes raspberry cream filling). I made two 9x13"cakes plus an 8" round cake. Will this serve 40 people??? According to the Wilton serving chart it will serve 40-46. I just want to make sure I have enough cake. The woman who ordered the cake doesn't want any left over cake and doesn't want to pay for an additional sheet cake that I would have put under the skateboard. TIA

I think that sounds like enough cake, it depends on how large of slices she's serving as well. But to me it seems like it'd be more than enough.
