So I had a good bottle of champagne sitting around and I made a batch of champagne cupcakes with champagne BC, which turned out great but i still have most of the champagne left over and in my fridge. I was wondering if for champagne recipes the champagne needed to be fresh and bubbly or would it be ok to use the champange that is already opened? for how long is it ok to keep champagne in the fridge??
Think it depends on the recipe, but you can freeze the champagne for later use.
