I have a 3 tier dolphin wedding cake order, The bride wants dolphins on top facing each other and her wedding color incorporated: red and black. I have no idea how to make this cake! any ideas would be appreciated.

Some people are seriously challenged in the taste department. I can't imagine a cake looking good in these colors. The best thing I can say is that dolphins are gray, which at least won't clash with red and black. I know - not helpful, but I'm at a loss to imagine a wedding cake in these colors, although I have to say that I have this niggling idea in the back of my mind that I've actually seen a red and black wedding cake and it was stunning.

I also like rreed's idea of the 1st tier cake. I guess for the dolphins you can try molding them with rice crispy covered in fondant?
