Hey all so I am making these for my burleque themed bachelorette party next week anyone know how to do the skirt layers , and any idea of what tip i should use.
It looks like strips of fondant to me.
I think it's fondant strips frilled edges.
yeah i dont like using fondant so i am doing it with a cream cheese buttercream.
i figured i could probably pipe it on like doing a rose but leave the center a bit smaller so i can stick the chocolate legs in
