I have a really good cheesecake recipe that I absolutely love and swear by. I want to make a white chocolate cheesecake - can I simply add 6-8 oz of white chocolate to my recipe?

All suggestions are welcome!
thanks, mich icon_lol.gif

Try it. That's how I do it. If it fails, try it again.

But before you go to the trouble and money, look up highly rated white chocolate cheesecake recipes and see if they look similar to yours, or add something you may need to stabilize it. You can also look up chocolate cheesecake since it is the same.

I have a great cheesecake recipe that I put 12 ounces of white chocolate in. It's wonderful! Great with any fruit topping.......

Thank you!! The order is a few weeks away so I'll test it out shortly.
