Can anyone suggest a recipe for a non-perishable buttercream for under fondant? Ideally, I would like to find one with some butter content so that I can have it set up in the fridge and use the upside down frosting method.

I have an hour's drive for delivery and while my car is air conditioned and the house will be air conditioned, I am wary of using IMBC or SMBC under my fondant. Should I be? Thank you!

how about just ordinary buttercream? Just Butter and icing sugar,
I found that when its under fondant it sticks pretty good, just
85g butter,
175g icing sugar,
probably this amount would cover a 20cm round cake,
hope this helps. birthday.gif
