Ice cream sounds D-I-V-I-N-E. In fact, if you look up some ice cream recipes, I bet you'll find some that use a very similar base anyways. If that doesn't work out, you can always make brownies!! (That's what I do with my chocolate that doesn't work out.)

The reason I have a large bowl of choc IMBC is because... well, I just can't make choc IMBC! It goes too soft, even though I left the melted choc to really cool before mixing in.
