All I have are eggs yolks. Can I use them to make a boxed cake mix? I'm making cupcakes. And, I only have yellow cake mix that needs to be lemon!!! I can't make it to the store today and I promised a friend lemon cupcakes in the early afternoon tomorrow-plz help!!!
3 whole eggs, I would use 6 or 7 egg yolks, but you will probably have a slightly denser crumb, more like a light pound cake.
