Cake Topper How To?

I am making a bridal shower cake for my cousin. I would love to make an "I Do" topper to on top. What is the best way to do this? Gumpaste? Fondant? Please help!!

gum paste dries harder and faster than fondant. so i guess it depends on how much time you have. but they can be rolled out and shaped the same. you could also do a 50/50 blend of fondant and gumpaste. it gives you the stability of gumpaste, but the fondant give you the flexibility and extra time to work with it before it starts to dry.
