What's the best way to apply and smooth buttercream to cake dummies? I have tried in the past and have such a hard time becuase the dummies are so light weight. I tried taping them down to the cake turner and then completely mess them up when I try to remove them. So frustrating! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
