White Chocolate Ganache Question

I am making a white cake and was going to use White Chocolate Ganache as the filling. I have never made or used ganache before. I was going to use a recipe I found on here (Perfect White Chocolate Ganache Frosting Perfected By: Ladyfish74).

My questions: Can I add fresh strawberries to the ganache?
Anyone else willing to share their white chocolate ganache recipe?

Don't know if white chocolate ganache, but dark one turns sinful when fruit is added! check

found this info "The basic idea in fruit ganache is to replace some of the cream that goes into making a ganache with either fruit juice or fruit puree. The tricky part is getting the right ratios so that the ganache will still set and not be too soft." Website link follows:
