Will Americolor keep my egg whites from stiffening? Just wondering if I added the color too early.
are you using candy colour? if so, it's full of oil and therefore your egg whites won't stiffen. If it's not candy colour then I'm not sure!
I'm not sure either but would add color after the other ingredients are added.
what is it exactly that you are making? you could always try using powder colour!
