DO NOT TRY don't even TRY to level a cake after 1, 2, or like me 3 GLASSES OF WINE!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! Tonight, I will blame my contractor for being not one, not two, but 3 weeks behind schedule for even STARTING the project!!!! So, tonight, my 3 glasses and my attempt to level a cake free hand means tom morning, I will possibly be baking a 3rd layer to make up for lost height...hhahaha sorry ya'll, sometimes, you gotta just laugh and have a glass a wine and shout out, HELL THAT'S LIFE!!
