I have a 3 tier round buttercream grooms cake (stacked directly on top of each other) due this weekend and I am having trouble. It's going to have a cascade of chocolate dipped strawberries going down from the top to the bottom, similar to what we normally do with sugar flowers. The strawberries are so heavy I am not confident that I can just stack them starting from the bottom. Any suggestions on how to do this to make sure the berries don't fall off? Thanks for any help...

Stick toothpicks in the strawberries and arrange as desired, poking the strawberries in. I did that on site so I don't know if it would stay on during transport. I have a pic of it in my photos.
