I would maybe do something like this person has done. I'm guessing that these are pictures of the cake pops ready to ship.

My cousin does cake pops and pushes the ends of the sticks into a 2 inch thick piece of flat styrofoam. And there's this sheet of pink stuff you can buy at home depot, but I don't know what it is called. HTH.

This father/daughter team has stands that you can use to transport ship or display...you could even customize them if you want.... {http://www.facebook.com/cakepopstands} Lots of testimonies about how they transported them with no problem whatsoever
