I want to thank those of you who recommended this tip for getting perfectly domed shaped cupcakes!
I have been baking my cupcakes at 400 degrees for the first 5 minutes and then turning the oven down to 325 degrees for the remainder of the baking time, and I've gotten perfectly domed shaped cupcakes every time.
I tried it too and it worked like a charm!
I don't know where you got this, but I'm gonna try it tomorrow! Thanks.

yup mine come out still moist with a nice dome.
