I made a blueberry poundcake recipe yesterday and it was delicious. Now I'm wondering if I can use the recipe without the fruit (it was a cream cheese pound and was delicious!)? I know that fruit adds moisture so can I replace the fruit with another "moisture" like sour cream or another egg? I want to use the cake for my nephew's birthday cake I'm making this weekend and don't want to use fruit in it. Any ideas? Thanks!
