I have always made my own MMF in the past but I will be doing my first wedding cake in a few weeks and I am trying to decide whether to buy the Fondx white virgin (not the elite) or the Satin Ice. Any one out there have comments or reviews on either of these? I will not be adding any coloring to it whatsoever if that helps.
