Hi, I have a wedding caking and one if the tiers has a fishnet pattern on the fondant with a lace design over it. I have looked for a roller with the that pattern but couldn't find anything. Can anyone come up with an idea that might work. If you have done this how did you do it and how did it turn out.
Thanks,
Tamar

I recently saw cake boss and on the program he actually had to have a denium jean look for a cake, well he litterlly took real (new) blue jeans and placed it on top of the fondant and rolled over the top of it and actually got the impression of the blue jeans in the fondat! Why could you do the same? By figh net at the craft store or stocking which ever easier and use that? Just a thought.

You could also try airbrushing it by using the actual fishnet stockings. I have used this method using tool for fish scales.
