In your opinion what looks best on a white fondant covered cake, bc swirls or royal icing swirls or fondant swirl cut outs??

It depends on what the cake is for etc i.e. a wedding cake would probably look best with delicate royal icing scrolls etc, whereas maybe a childs birthday cake might suit a more whimsical fondant cut out. Buttercream could be used for either but is obviously more delicate and IMO better for borders rather than scroll work/swirls on the sides of the cake. Just my opinion though!

Also, by using RI you can then paint the scrolls a different colour if you want which could look nice icon_smile.gif
