I have 2 big mini cupcake orders this month that are 5 days apart...both orders are for the same flavor cupcakes...Is there a way to store cake batter so that I can use it for both orders??
Of course. No bakery could survive out storing batter. Just refrigerate it.
If your batter is leavened only with baking soda and/or whipped egg white, then storing will not be as successful.
Thanks so much...I'm going to have to give it a try...For the most part I'm using boxed mix...
