If i wanted to start doing say orange, strawberry, raspberry flavored BC, what's the best way to do so...?

Is there a consensus brand of flavoring that works best...?

If I want a BC that's strongly flavored, besides adding extract I add frozen concentrates for my liquid. Besides orange juice concentrate, I can get mango, strawberry and lemon. The flavorings I use are the ones used by commercial bakeries here in Mexico (the name escapes me right this minute) and they are quite good.

I like to use pured friut in mine. I had to play with the recipie as different fruit affects the consistancy, but I usually have to add less sortning or butter, or more icing sugar. But the flavor is AMAZING! Fresh and fruity every time! Just remember that a little bit goes a long way. I puree two to three strawberries for an entire batch, and it's perfect.
