I know this question has probably been asked alot, but what is a good buttercream recipe?? I have tried alot of different ones!! I wanted to find a good recipe that crusts but not too fast!! Any suggestions would be much much appreciated!!! icon_biggrin.gif

There a lot of good recipes here on the site. Have you looked through the recipe section? I like to read all the comments on recipes.
I don't have one favorite. It all depends on what cake I am making on what buttercream I use.

I use one that I was given by a cake decorator eleven years ago. I have tried several recipes and always go back to the original recipe that was given to me. 2 pounds C&H powdered sugar, 1 1/2 cups hi ratio shortening, 1/2 cup salted butter, 2 tablespoons clear vanilla 1/3 cup water. Whip until light and fluffy. I usually use water but I have used milk and flavored coffee creamers. Crusts after about 10 to 15 minutes without having to use meringue powder.
