I just finished decorating my entire cake with gumpaste flowers ... and realized I have filled the cake with strawberry cream filling and it will have to be refrigerated...or should be I guess. Will my gumpaste flowers turn to mush? Or would I be better off leaving on the counter in the air conditioned kitchen?
I always put everything in the fridge and have never had any of my gumpaste melt...good luck!
