Making some cupcakes for a Luau Party. I found a good recipe for Pina Colada but could not find anything that sounded like it would taste good for Margerita cupcakes...anyone have an easy recipe to share? It does not have to have alcohol in it, doesn't matter either way.

How about some vanilla cupcakes with key lime buttercream? I just add lime juice and zest to my regular buttercream. If you actually WANT the tequila flavor, you can use it for your liquid in the buttercream recipe. Those little key limes have a more concentrated lime flavor than the larges ones, so I'd look for those.
