Hi again icon_smile.gif

I am making a chocolate cake this weekend, and I wanted to ice it in chocolate also (something dark, rich, fudgey). Then, perhaps top that with ganache running down the sides for a little added chocolatey goodness (may also fill with this between a couple layers).

I've read through some recipes on here and a lot of the comments on the chocolate fudge icings is that they're hard to spread. I'm looking for something with the consistency of buttercream (crusting would be a plus) but with a rich, chocolate flavor. Any recommendations?

The recipe on the back of the hershey's cocoa can is super good. It's not crusting though.
