Hi!
I am making a fondant covered carved cake and i wanted to cover it with the nutella truffle filling (basically nutella, cream cheese and cocoa powder). Today is thursday and the cake is for sunday 9:00 am. Can I leave it at room temperature (we have Central AC in the house)?

even if the cake is covered with fondant and in a house where the AC is running 24-7?
