Hi everyone,
I have a small cafe close to my home that is only open in the AM. I am discussing with them the possibility of renting their kitchen for cakes, but I'm not sure what's normal for payment. Do those of you who are in this situation normally give them a certain percentage of your cakes or do you pay a flat monthly rate? What's reasonable?
