Hi, I was thinking about trying Massa Grischuna Neutral fondant for an outdoor cake in July in PA!!! I am hoping it will do well. Has anyone had experience or have other suggestions? I have not had success yet with fondant in the summertime here, and I wonder if anyone does and what they do. Thanks!!!

I know it may be expensive, but http://www.carma.ch/en/438 Carma has this wonderful Massa Ticino for Tropical Climates. I got it from a friend so don't know where you can buy it but the contact email in US:

Thank you!! I have never used the carma because of the price, but I would like to have a successful fondant cake in the summer. Have you actually used it? Just curious. Thanks!
