ps.please don't undercut the home bakers! the more affluent people will pay more, martha stwart once said she was having trouble selling pies (i think?) went up on her prices and they really starting selling.

the more affluent people like buying quality...you need a different clientel ...i swear not everyone wants wal mart cakes...i don't think enough people have heard of you..have you taken any sample cakes around, when i first started i took sheet cakesv around to schools and local businessesw, it really got the ball rollin.

my son was thrown threw a windsheild and died 3 times in the helicopter...i've seen him struggle too...he worked with me at the shop for a year....you are really to be admired for keeping on, and not taking the easy way out.
