Does anyone have a recipe that they would like to share? I like to use crusting buttercream, and have a large mixer (20 quart)

Thanks

If you have a small yield recipe that you are using now and like very much, then increase the amounts by 5 or 10. Sorry I don't remember anymore what I used icon_sad.gif

Hi, I have a 20qt mixer also.  I have been trying  to convert the recipe, this is what I came up with.

Sharon used a 5qt mixer:

So for a 20qt:

11.48 lbs  high ratio shortening

16 lbs powdered sugar

3 cups creamer liqiud

16 tbs extract (your choice)

I broke the amount of sugar down to 1/4 because in the original recipe you are suppose to add 1 lb first, so that would be 4 lbs when converted, then another 4 lbs and follow the the original recipe.

This will be my first time trying it so I will let you know how it comes out, wish me luck!!!

Hey, I tried it and it came out okay, I think you should not over mix it though
