Does anyone know of a bulk food store in buffalo near walden galeria or in niagara falls NY near the outlet malls?
I need to buy high ratio shortening and I am not sure where to get it in those areas.

Global Sugar Art is up near Watertown, not near Buffalo.
There is a place called Bakesmart or Bakewise based out of Buffalo. I should remember because I called them, but since found a place in my town instead.
