Hello everyone! Happy Saturday!
Can anyone tell me how to make Sapphire Blue Fondant using Americolor gels and Duff's white fondant (which as a bit of an off white color typically in my opinion)

THANKS in advance!

I've never used DuffStuff, so I can't tell you how it will turn out, but I suggest you use navy blue, the slightest bit at a time, allowing at least an hour between applications for the color to develop, until you achieve your desired color.

If you start with royal blue it will take a ton of color and all night to get what you want.

Have you tried using blue fondant, like from Satin Ice? My suggestion would be to start with this type of fondant, then adding more color (almost like what @playingwithsugar was suggesting). But then add just a teeny little itty bit of black (honestly, like one drop to the blue).

It'll bring out the sapphire color a bit more, I would think. icon_smile.gif
