I love all the beautiful things you can do to the top of a cupcake, with fondant BUT, will the majority of people EVER eat all (the heavy and elaborate) thats on top of a cupcake, or just take it all off and eat the cake??
It seems like way to much work. I can see a little fondant decor. But some seems way to HEAVY and elaborate to eat. Afterall, if you have to take off lots of decor from the top of a cupcake, there isn't that much left TO eat. What is your experience?

I dunno. I personally think a swirl is boring. If someone wants to pay me $6 a cupcake with fancy schmancy fondant decos on top, that they can remover and enjoy all the filling and buttercream below...sounds good to me!

Agree with AnotherCaker lol I don't care what they do with the BC or the fondant thats on the CC as long as I do my job they are free to do theirs.
Personally I don't eat the decos I make on my CCs its way to much for me icon_cool.gif
