Any ideas for a BANANA CREAM PIE cake?

Did you want the cake to be made of banana cream or do you want it shaped like a banana cream pie. I make those all the time at work and we do our from scratch so
flavour: banana cake ) or add banana flavour to white cake mix
use whipping cream and sliced bananas as filling. or use white cake with filling of banana custard and sliced bananas. Top gets whipped cream piped on with large star tip in a circular fashion .

Shape of banana cream pie... You want a round cake....
golden yellow frosting or fondant and top is circular white buttercream frosting to look like whipped cream. ( Make the actual cake flavours like what I listed above. Can you set it in a aluminum pie tin ( plate).
