I need to make a sugar free cake for a few diabetic customers that are able to be carved and stacked. Would also like a diabetic friendly frosting that would hold up fondant/decoration. any suggestions are appreciated.

ok i am going to try out a sugar free chocolate and sugar free white cake with sugar free frosting this week I can let you know how they turn out and then get you the recipe
