I want to try this cake today but after reading the reviews people are saying its bery moist and not easy to stack with. My question is has anyone had a problem stacking with this cake? is there anything i should do to make it firm enough to stack? any great fillings i can add?

I use the amazing chocolate wasc recipe, the one with instant coffee in it and I stack them all the time. I do cut back 1/4 of the sugar, it seems mine always sink in the middles and that has helped.
