I am baking the huge cupcake cakes, and they are very top heavy. Any ideas on how to transport them upright safely without smooshing the buttercream? Is there a special box to use.
When I make the giant cupcake I use like 3 straws in the bottom and a 6 inch cake board under the top to support the "top heavy"ness. As far as transporting I just put it in a box with the lid taped propped up (kinda like a tent? if that makes sense?). HTH
