I am going to be hosting a cake tasting for a wedding in November. Ive been baking out of my home for lots of years, and have never been asked to do this! Just looking for some input, whats the best way to go about it? They want 4 flavors of cake, and 2 flavors of buttercream. I hate the thought of baking 4 whole cakes, just to give them each a little sample! Any thought suggestions?

I supposed I could always just use the left over cake to make cake balls! icon_smile.gificon_biggrin.gif
