I'm having trouble with buttercream corners. I have a wedding order for a 4 tier hexagon cakes, please give me some ideas on how to make corners easier. I have watched youtube and waiting on my DVD. help icon_surprised.gif

one tip: scrape from the corner in towards the middle, not the other way around

I scrape one side and wrap around the corner. That way, while you're pushing the extra icing to build up onto the corner, you aren't lifting your knife at the end which could cause the corner to break off and you're also not scraping the corner to thin or bald.
