I am making cupcakes for a friends bridal shower. The theme is breakfast at Tiffany's. She has requested vanilla cupcakes with Tiffany blue frosting. How do I make the correct shade of blue? Any suggestions?

Wilton teal looks pretty good.

Not long ago there was a post in the cake decorating section asking the same question the answer then was sky blue with a hint of green
