Since I don't drink, I have no clue which bourbon is best. Any suggestions? It's for a cake glaze.

It doesn't really matter what kind you get...I usually use the store brands or whatever's on sale the cheapest.

In KY we take our bourbon seriously.

But if you're gonna cook it, get cheap.
