I have a wedding cake this weekend and i need this color in this pic. It's called "pool".It's the third one in from the bottom. Not the red pictured.I was thinking maybe Wilton's Sky Blue with maybe a touch of Green or Teal?

Looks like just light Sky Blue to me.

Colors often operate differently depending on your icing recipe, so trial & error is your best friend. Make a small batch, get it to the color you like, and then let it sit for 24hrs., only then will you know if you got it right.

Could you be a little more specific? I don't see a blue dress on this page.

Marianna46 if you click the link it's the third one down from the bottom and then scroll over the blue shade called "pool" that's the shade i need to make.

I actually wore this color in my BFF's wedding last year icon_smile.gif It's got more green in it than it looks in the picture - I was kind of surprised b/c I thought it would be more blue. It's like a teal with an extra punch of blue.

something everyone may know but you can purchase swatches of color from davidson bridal if you have a store where you're located. I did this so that I could match their apple color and another time I had to match a pool color and was able to buy a swatch of that color.

Delphine has more of a lavender in it try sky and teal with a dash of white. I hope this works for you
