Hello all.... My little munchkin (who is turning 7 this year....*sigh*) wants a chocolate cake with strawberry filling for her birthday cake this year. Anyone have any strawberry fillin recipes that you would like to share? Can be mousse, preserve-like.....anything really. Thanks!!!

Strawberry jam/preserves added to any buttercream works really well. It is especially good added to the Whimsical Bakehouse House buttercream, recipe can be found on this site.
