Hello all,
I'm kind of stumped for a cake idea and I would like some help. Some friends of mine are leaving NYC and moving to Salt Lake City, Utah. I'd like to make them a going away cake. Any ideas about how I can incorporate the cities would be great.

What about landmarks from each city? Like the statue of liberty or empire state building representing NY?
