Hi guys,

I think the title says it all. I have a ganache covered cake with whipped marscapone and cream in the middle. It's not needed till tomorrow so should I keep it in the fridge or can I leave it out? (It's quite cold here) If I put it in the fridge I'm worried it's going to sweat when I bring it out and make the chocolate look yuk.

Cheers,
Emma.

I would rather a little sweating than a little puking from off cream!
I'm sure I will be corrected if I'm wrong, but I think those fillings need to be refrigerated. Just don't touch the cake while the condensation dries up.

Good luck!
